How Does the Rebate Program Work?

We’re excited to have launched our Rebate Program for contact lens purchases, and hope that we can help you with both your vision and with great savings as well!

Here is how to get started:

If your order is eligible for a rebate, you will see it indicated on the product’s page:

Once you see that your order is eligible for a rebate, please go to our rebate page so that you can print the necessary form. Please note that you MUST print this form and fill it out completely. 

Next, you will need to mail the rebate form back to us with a copy of your order confirmation/invoice. Both forms should be mailed together to:

Please be sure that you include both requested forms and that everything is filled out completely, or we will not be able to process your rebate request.

Once we have received your rebate request and all the necessary documents to process your rebate, it may take up to 8 weeks for the rebate process to be completed. You will be notified via email once your request has been processed.
