Why is the Next-Day Shipping option missing at checkout?
If you don't see the next-day shipping option when trying to pay, it is always due to one of these 4 invisible roadblocks:
Your item isn't marked for Next-Day Delivery: Not all frames or lenses can be fast-tracked. Only items that feature the 'Next-Day Delivery' tag on their product page qualify for this service.
Mixed items in your shopping cart: If you have multiple items in your cart, every single item must be eligible for next-day shipping. If even one item isn't eligible (like a specific accessory or specialized lens), the next-day option will disappear for the whole order.
Highly complex prescriptions: Next-day shipping includes expedited laboratory production. However, highly complex custom lenses - such as Progressive (multifocal) lenses, bifocals, or very high prescriptions - require multi-day custom digital surfacing and diamond-polishing. These cannot be rushed overnight.
You missed the 12:00 PM (Noon) cutoff: To get your package delivered on the very next business day, your order must be placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST.
How weekend and holiday delivery timelines work
Because our shipping carriers do not operate shipping hubs over weekends or national holidays, weekend orders follow a modified timeline:
Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday: Production will safely begin on the next business day (Monday), and your package will ship out to arrive on Tuesday.
How much does it cost?
Next-day delivery is a premium service priced at a flat rate of $19.95.

Destination Restrictions
Next-day shipping services are strictly available for delivery addresses within the United States. We cannot offer overnight shipping to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.
