What does the 365 Manufacturer Warranty cover?

In the unlikely event that your frame or lenses break after the initial 14 days following delivery and within one year of your purchase, we will gladly provide you with 50% store credit (or 25% for BOGO orders) towards another pair of eyeglasses.

Your store credit will be in the amount of 50% of the amount paid for the item; this does not include the shipping cost. The coverage does not include accidental damage from handling/normal wear and tear.

👉Please be sure to send us a picture of the damage here so we can review it and provide you with the store credit code.
