What qualifies for a Manufacturer Warranty claim?
This free warranty is designed to protect you from factory errors or structural issues within one full year of delivery.
What is covered: Factory issues like peeling lens coatings, peeling frame paint, or loose hinges, nose pads, and screws that were not caused by an accident.
What is not covered: Accidental damage like drops, deep scratches, or stepping on your frames (which are covered by our optional 20/20 plan), or lost/stolen eyewear.
Step-by-Step: How to submit your warranty claim
To launch your claim, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Gather your details. To help our optical lab verify your claim instantly, please ensure you have your Order ID number, your account email address, and a couple of clear, well-lit photos showing the defect on your glasses.
Step 2: Submit your photos. Once you have your details ready, you can launch the claim process. If you are chatting with our virtual assistant right now, simply type "start claim" or "warranty claim" right into the chat window, and the bot will gather your details and photos automatically. Otherwise, you can scroll to the absolute bottom of this page and use our standard support link to connect with our team.
What happens after your claim is approved?
Once our optical lab reviews your photos and verifies the manufacturing defect, we will issue you store credit for 50% of the item's original price (excluding shipping) so you can replace your glasses. If the defect happened to a discounted pair from a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) order, it qualifies for 25% store credit.
