Which protection policy do I need?

🚨 Please Note: Our warranties only cover glasses currently in your possession. Lost or stolen glasses are not covered by any protection plan.
1. 20/20 Enhanced Coverage (For Accidents & Prescription Changes)
The 20/20 Enhanced Coverage is an optional protection plan you can add to your glasses. Your coverage officially starts the moment you receive your glasses and lasts for a term of 1 or 2 years.
What does 20/20 cover?
Damage from normal day-to-day wear & tear
Accidental damage from handling (drops, breaks, deep scratches)
Sudden changes to your eye prescription
How do 20/20 replacements work?
You can use your 20/20 coverage once per pair of glasses. When your claim is approved:
We will provide a brand-new replacement pair of the exact same glasses.
Standard Copay: Please note there is a small standard copay required to activate your replacement pair.
If your original frame is out of stock, we will issue 110% of your original purchase price in store credit so you can pick out a new style you love!
Can I add 20/20 coverage after I place my order?
Yes! If you forgot to add it at checkout, you can add 20/20 coverage up to two weeks (14 days) after your glasses are delivered to make sure your frames are your Pairfect Match™!

How to file a 20/20 Claim:
To submit your 20/20 claim, you will use the link located at the absolute bottom of this page (or simply type "start claim" into our chatbot). Please ensure you have the following ready before clicking:
Your order number and account email address.
Clear photos of your damaged glasses (or a copy of your updated prescription).
2. 365-Day Free Warranty (For Factory Defects)
Our 365-Day Warranty is 100% free and automatically included with every single pair of glasses we sell. It protects you from structural or manufacturing issues for one full year after delivery.
What is covered?
Peeling on the lenses or frame coatings.
Loose nose pads, hinges, or screws that were not caused by an accident.
Lenses separating or popping out of the frame on their own.
How do manufacturing replacements work?
If our team of experts approves your manufacturing defect claim, you will receive store credit for 50% of the item's original price (excluding shipping). For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) orders, the second discounted pair qualifies for 25% store credit.

What to expect after you file a claim
Please rest assured: structural defects are incredibly rare! Our optical lab enforces strict, multi-point quality control on every single pair of glasses we craft. However, if you do ever need to use your warranty or protection plan, we make the process completely seamless.
1. Plan Copay & Secure Payment: Activating your 20/20 accidental damage replacement requires a standard plan copay. For your security, payment details cannot be collected via chat text. Our team will safely guide you through a secure phone-based option to process this payment and finalize your replacement order.
2. Return Your Original Pair: We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label or a Happy Returns QR code. Simply package your eyeglasses and their original case together to send them back.
3. We Ship Your Replacements: Once your package is safely received at our facility, we will process and ship your brand-new exchange pair!
