Can I transfer my vision benefits?

Every member has a unique member ID with Vision benefits that are not transferable among dependents. Any further adjustments or updates to your benefits can only be done through your insurance provider. If necessary, you can return your glasses for an exchange and we would be happy to provide you with a free shipping label to return your glasses.
