For Vista Plus Lenses: These are eligible for a full refund only.

❓ Can I return a box of contacts if I already opened it?
To protect health and safety, we do not accept standard returns or issue credits/refunds for boxes that have been opened, written on, or torn.
What if the lenses are defective? If you believe your contact lenses are physically defective, we have you covered! However, please do not ship them back yet.

How to get a defect exception: You must contact our support team first. We will ask you to provide proof of the defect (such as photos or batch numbers). Defective returns for opened boxes must go through our review team and are approved strictly by email only.
