Vista Plus: When Will My First Paid Order Ship?

To make sure you never run out of lenses, your first full, paid order of Vista Plus is automatically scheduled to ship 8 days after we ship your trial order.
Why is there an 8-day gap?
We build in this 8-day window for a very important reason: to give you time to receive and try your Vista Plus trial lenses first!
Receive & Test: This gap allows your trial lenses to arrive at your door so you can test how comfortable they feel on your eyes.
No Stress: If the trial lenses feel perfect, you don't have to do a thing! Your first full, paid box of Vista Plus will ship out right on schedule.
Need to Cancel or Delay? If the lenses don't feel quite right, this window gives you plenty of time to pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription before your first paid shipment is processed.
How the Timeline Works (An Example)
Here is a quick breakdown of how your Vista Plus shipments are scheduled:
Day 1: We package and ship your Vista Plus trial order from our warehouse.
Days 2–7: Your trial lenses arrive at your home, giving you time to test their fit and comfort.
Day 9 (8 days later): We package and ship your first full, paid order.
How to Pause, Edit, or Cancel Your Subscription
All subscriptions can be easily managed, modified, paused, or canceled directly through your account on our website. You do not need to call or chat with support!
Just follow these quick steps to access your subscription:
Go to our Homepage: Head over to GlassesUSA.com.
Find the Log In Button: Look in the upper right corner of your screen and click on Log In (right next to the shopping cart, next to the person icon 👤).

Enter your registered email address and password.
Or, if you signed up using a social account, simply click Continue with Google or Continue with Apple (whichever method you chose when you first created your account).
Manage Your Lenses: Once logged in, click on your account settings and select your subscription details to easily adjust your schedule, pause your next shipment, or cancel.
