What happens if my contact lens prescription expires?

In some instances we may reach out to your eye care provider, to help us determine whether or not we can continue your subscription. If we cannot, we will be unable to ship your Vista plus contacts without an updated prescription, in accordance with US law and regulations.

If you don’t have your updated prescription, you can contact us for more information and we’ll gladly assist you.
