How can I send in my prescription?

After you place an order, here is how you can send us your prescription:

You can upload your prescription here.  It will connect the prescription directly to your current order and allow us to begin production right away. If you have multiple items in your order, you can even upload multiple prescriptions.

Important: Please make sure to send us a clear picture of your prescription.
