How can I send you my prescription?

After you place an order, there are two ways to send us your prescription:

1. The most convenient method is to upload your prescription here.  It will connect the prescription directly to your current order and allow us to begin production right away. If you have multiple items in your order, you can even upload multiple prescriptions.

2. You can also fax a copy of your prescription to 1-888-250-6925. Include your order number on the fax.

Important: Please make sure to send us a clear picture of your prescription.
