Overnight & Next-Day Shipping Guide
Next-Day Shipping ($19.95) is available for eligible frames ordered before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) with an approved prescription.
4 Requirements for Next-Day Delivery
To qualify for overnight delivery, your order must meet all four criteria:
- Eligible Frame: The frame must display the official "Next-Day Delivery" badge on its product page.
- Order Before 12:00 PM EST: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (9:00 AM PST) begin processing the next business day.
- Approved Prescription: Simple prescriptions qualify instantly. Complex prescriptions require extra lab time and cannot be rushed overnight.
- Contiguous US Street Address: Available only for physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous US states (no P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, AK, HI, or international).
Weekend & Delivery Schedule
Express carriers do not deliver or pick up packages on weekends or national holidays:
Mon–Thu (Before 12 PM EST): Delivered the next business day.
Fri (After 12 PM EST) & Weekends: Lab production begins Monday; package arrives Tuesday.
Holidays: Delivered the second business day following the holiday.
Why Did Next-Day Shipping Disappear at Checkout?
If Next-Day shipping vanished after you entered your details, our system automatically removed it due to one of these reasons:
Prescription Complexity: Your specific lens index or prescription strength requires multi-step custom lab processing.
Ineligible Cart Item: Every item in your shopping bag must be eligible for Next-Day shipping.
Past Cutoff Time: Your order was placed after the 12:00 PM EST cutoff.
Fee & On-Time Guarantee
Flat Rate Fee: $19.95 premium express shipping.
Late Delivery Refund: If your eligible overnight order is delayed by us or the carrier, we will issue a 100% refund of your $19.95 shipping fee.
