To help you estimate exactly when your new glasses will arrive at your door, we calculate delivery using a simple formula:
Lab Production Time (Crafting your lenses) + Shipping Carrier Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Date
Below, you can find the exact timelines for both production and shipping to help you estimate your delivery.
1. Shipping Carrier Timelines & Costs
Once your glasses leave our laboratory, they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping times and costs depend on your delivery location and the method chosen at checkout:
United States & 🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

⚡Next-Day Shipping (US Only): Next-day shipping is available for select eligible items. If your order qualifies, this option will automatically appear in your shopping cart at checkout.
2. Lab Production Timelines
Because your glasses are custom-engineered medical devices, our optical lab requires time to cut your lenses, apply protective coatings, and perform quality checks. Production runs on business days (Monday through Friday):

Important Details to Keep in Mind
Business Days Only: Both production and shipping timelines only count business days (Monday through Friday). Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are not included.
Live Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your package live.
