Do You Offer Eye Exams or Prescription Renewals?
Yes! We do offer prescription renewal options online, but with some specific limitations. To get a brand-new, first-time prescription, you will still need to visit a local optometrist in person.

For Glasses & Sunglasses: Prescription Scanner Status
The Prescription Scanner has been discontinued.
If you are looking for our old Prescription Scanner tool that used to scan your current glasses lenses, please note that this feature has been completely discontinued and is no longer available on our website.
To order a new pair of glasses or sunglasses, you must have a valid, unexpired prescription sheet from your doctor to enter at checkout.
For Contact Lenses: Online Vision Test (Visibly)
We partner with Visibly to offer a quick, online vision test to help renew expired contact lens prescriptions. This feature is available under specific conditions and is not open to everyone.
Who is eligible for the online test?
Location Requirements: The test is only legally permitted in select US states. If your state does not allow online vision testing, you will not be able to take it.
Prescription Review Required: This test cannot be taken standalone. Once you place an order with us, our team will review your contact lens prescription details. If we find that your prescription is expired or invalid, we will let you know and provide the link to the test if you live in an eligible state.
How much does the online vision test cost?
If you are eligible and receive the link, the cost of the test depends entirely on the brand of contact lenses you ordered:
VISTA PLUS (Our Home Brand): The online test is 100% FREE!
All Other Contact Lens Brands: The online test is just $16.
How do I take the test?
The Visibly online test is incredibly fast and convenient - it only takes about 5 minutes to complete!
To take it, simply click the link in the email we sent you and follow the easy steps within the Visibly website.
⚠️ Important: The test is only officially complete when you see the 'Thank You' page. Make sure to complete each step presented to you so your results can be submitted!
When do I get my results?
Doctor Review: Your results are validated by an optometrist within 24 hours.
Your Copy: You will receive your official results via email.
We Ship Fast: We will get your results directly to our system and will prepare your order for shipment as soon as possible!
💡 Tip: You will not receive a test link immediately at checkout. Our team must first look over your order and prescription details. If a renewal is needed and you are eligible, we will email the link directly to you. Remember to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you are expecting an update!
