6 Steps to Order Your Glasses
Step 1: Select Your Frame
- Choose a frame style and color you like.
- Click Select Lenses to open the configurator.
⚠️ No "Select Lenses" button? The frame is sold "As-Is" with original factory lenses only and cannot be customized with prescription lenses.
Step 2: Choose Your Vision Type
Single Vision: Distance vision (driving, walking) or close-up reading.
Progressives: Seamless multifocal lenses (distance + intermediate + reading) with no visible lines.
Bifocal: Traditional multifocal lenses with a visible line separating zones.
Non-Prescription: Fashion/clear lenses with no optical correction.
🚨 Office Progressives Warning: Office progressives are designed for desk and computer work only. They do NOT have a distance zone and are NOT safe for driving!
Step 3: Provide Your Prescription
Choose one of four quick ways to add your prescription:
Fill It Out Online: Manually enter your SPH, CYL, Axis, and PD numbers.
Upload Image / PDF: Upload a clear photo or document of your prescription.
Use Saved Prescription: Select a prescription stored in your account.
Send Later: Complete checkout now and email your prescription later.
⏳ Important: Selecting "Send Later" places your order on hold. Our lab cannot craft your lenses until we receive your prescription paperwork!
Step 4: Pick Thickness & Lens Type
Lens Thickness: Our system automatically recommends the best index (Standard 1.50, Thin 1.61, Super Thin 1.67, or Ultra Thin 1.74) for your prescription strength.
Lens Type: Select how your lenses interact with light:
Clear: Standard crystal-clear lenses for everyday wear.
Blue Light: Filtered lenses to reduce eye strain from screens.
Transitions®: Light-smart lenses that darken automatically outdoors.
Sunglasses: Permanent dark tint (Solid, Polarized, or Mirrored).
Step 5: Optional Add-ons & Coverage
Specialty Coatings: Optional water, smudge, and oil-repellent coatings.
20/20 Enhanced Coverage Plan: Optional 1-year or 2-year warranty covering accidental frame breakage, lens scratches, or prescription changes.
Step 6: Review Cart & Checkout
Review Details: Check your frame color, prescription numbers, and options in your cart. Click Edit to make changes.
Apply Discount: Enter your promo code or store credit in the Coupon / Store Credit box and click Apply.
Complete Order: Click Proceed to Checkout to enter payment and shipping details (or use shortcuts like PayPal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay).
