How to Place an Order | Step-by-Step Shopping Guide
Ordering custom prescription or fashion eyewear online might feel intimidating at first, but our step-by-step lens configurator makes it incredibly easy. This guide walks you through the entire process from picking your frame to checking out.
Step 1: Find Your Frame & Start Customizing
Once you find a frame style and color you love on our website, look at the information box on the right side of the page.
Review the frame details, price, and payment options.
When you are ready to build your lenses, click the large blue Choose Lenses button.
Step 2: Choose Your Vision Type
Next, our system will ask: "What do you use your glasses for?" Select the option that matches your vision needs:
Depending on what you select here, you will see a quick follow-up choice:
Single Vision: For everyday activities like driving, distance vision, or walking. Choosing this sends you straight to the prescription screen.
Near Vision (Reading): If you choose this, you will see a sub-menu asking if you want to upload a full prescription or simply select a standard reading power lens (e.g., +1.00, +2.00)
Progressive: Multi-focal lenses with no visible lines. Choosing this opens a menu asking if you need Standard Progressive (includes distance vision for driving) or Office Progressive (designed strictly for close-up reading and computer work up to 5 feet).
Bifocal: Multi-focal lenses with a traditional visible line separating distance and reading zones.
Non-Prescription: Pure fashion or style glasses with no vision correction. Choosing this skips the prescription steps entirely and goes straight to package selection.
Step 3: Add Your Prescription
If you selected a prescription vision type, you will choose how to share your optical details with us:
Fill it out online: Manually type in your Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL), Axis, and Pupillary Distance (PD) directly from your doctor’s paper copy.
Upload image: Snap a quick photo of your prescription sheet and upload the file directly.
Use saved prescription: If you are a returning customer, select an optical profile you already used with us.
Send later: Complete your purchase now, and we will send you an email reminder to submit your prescription details after checkout.
Step 4: Pick Your Lens Thickness Package
We automatically recommend the ideal lens thickness package based on your prescription, but you can select whichever package fits your budget and lifestyle best.
Step 5: Choose Your Lens Functional Type
Now, choose how your lenses handle lighting conditions. You can select one of four core tracks:
Clear: Crystal-clear, traditional lenses for everyday use.
Blue Light: Built-in protection that filters out harsh blue light from smartphones, computers, and office lighting.
Transitions / Photochromic: Light-responsive lenses that remain completely clear indoors but automatically darken into sunglasses when you step outside into the sun.
Sunglasses: Dark, tinted lenses. Note: If you are ordering through our dedicated sunglasses flow, this step will present customized outdoor lens options, including specific solid tints, mirrored coatings, or polarized glare-blocking options.
Step 6: Select Optional Upgrades & Protection Plans
Before heading to your cart, you can add final performance upgrades and damage protection to secure your investment:
Available Upgrades: You can check boxes to add specialty surface coatings like Super Hydrophobic (water, smudge, and fingerprint-repellent) or Screen Boost (anti-fatigue magnification zones for digital screens).
Enhanced Coverage Plan: Select a 1-year or 2-year worry-free 20/20 warranty plan that covers unexpected prescription changes, accidental frame breaks, or everyday wear-and-tear scratches. If you do not want coverage, simply click the blue No Thanks button.
Step 7: Review, Cart & Checkout
The final stage summarizes your entire custom build so you can verify everything looks correct before submitting payment.
🔍 Review Your Selection:
Review your frame color, lens type, entered prescription, and selected upgrades. If something looks incorrect, click the small Edit link next to that section to change it. If everything is perfect, click Add to Cart.
🛒 The Shopping Cart
Inside your shopping cart, you can finalize your total checkout strategy:
Promo Codes: Locate the box labeled Coupon / Store Credit on the right side of the screen. Type your discount code here and click Apply to recalculate your savings.
Checkout Track: Click the large blue Proceed to Checkout button to enter standard shipping and payment details, or choose an express shortcut option like PayPal Checkout or Amazon Pay.
📦 Shipping & Payment Delivery
On the final secure page, enter your shipping destination address, choose your delivery speed (Standard, Expedited, or Express), and input your billing details.
Once your transaction goes through successfully, our state-of-the-art optical lab will instantly begin custom-crafting your new lenses!
