Can I Purchase or Replace Only Lenses or Only Frames?
To ensure the highest quality of vision correction and physical safety, we only offer frames and lenses together as a complete, custom-matched set. We do not sell or replace frames or lenses individually.
Why We Can't Split Frames and Lenses
When you order from us, your lenses are custom-crafted, cut, and laser-aligned by our state-of-the-art optical lab to fit the exact millimeter measurements of your specific frame. Because of this high-precision engineering:
We cannot put new lenses into your existing or personal frames. We are unable to accept outside frames shipped to us by customers.
We cannot sell you a frame by itself to fit lenses you already own. Lenses cut for one specific frame will not align safely or securely in a different frame—even if it is the exact same model.
What Are My Options if I Need a Replacement?
If something happened to your glasses and you need a replacement, we can help you through our standard protection channels:
Within Our 60-Day Return Window: Every order is backed by our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you recently received your order and something isn't right, you have 60 days from your delivery date to return the complete set to get a brand-new exchange or 100% store credit (or a refund if you prefer).
Under Our 20/20 Enhanced Coverage Plan: If you purchased our 20/20 protective warranty with your order, you are covered for accidental damage, breaks, and wear-and-tear. We will replace the complete set for you under your plan's terms.
