Can I Send in My Own Frame to Get New Lenses?

No, sorry! We can't accept frames shipped to us from home. Our optical lab is set up strictly to custom-cut and fit lenses into brand-new frames ordered directly from us.

Can I Buy Lenses for a Frame I Already Own?

No, unfortunately not. Lenses are laser-cut down to the exact millimeter to fit one specific frame. Even if you have the exact same frame model at home, loose lenses won't snap into a different frame safely or sit correctly in front of your eyes.
