We love helping you double up on style with our Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) promotions! Because BOGO deals are special package offers, there are a few simple cart rules and return policies you should know.

How to Use a BOGO Code at Checkout

To get your free pair, you must set up your shopping cart correctly before entering the code:

  • Add both pairs first: The BOGO discount will not activate if you only have one pair of glasses in your cart. You must add both pairs to your cart before typing in the code.

  • How the discount is calculated: Our system will automatically make the cheaper of the two pairs free. You only pay for the more expensive pair.

BOGO Shopping Restrictions & Item Tags

Our system automatically checks the tags on the frames in your cart. Please keep these rules in mind:

  • No "Luxury" tags: If a frame is tagged as "Luxury" on our website, it is completely excluded from promotions and the BOGO code will not work on it.

  • Only 1 "Premium" frame allowed: You can only include one frame tagged as "Premium" in a BOGO deal.

  • Only 1 "Sale" item allowed: You cannot use a BOGO code on two items that are already marked down on sale. You can only include one frame tagged as "Sale" in your order—at least one of your pairs must be full price.

Can I add or remove a BOGO code from an existing order?

No. While we can often apply standard discount codes after checkout, BOGO promotions cannot be added retroactively to an existing order.

As soon as you check out, your order goes directly to our dedicated experts for review before being pushed to production. Because a BOGO deal completely changes the item setup and pricing structure of your cart, our team cannot manually insert it into a live order.

💡 The Solution: If you checked out and realized you missed the BOGO deal, please cancel your current order immediately so you can place a brand-new order with both pairs and your promotion code applied!

How do BOGO Returns & Exchanges work?

Good news - purchases made during a BOGO promotion are still fully covered by our standard return and exchange policy!

Because BOGO is a special package deal, returning or exchanging just one of the pairs changes the promotional pricing of your cart. To keep things simple for you, just contact our support team directly when you are ready to make a return. Our team will handle all the heavy lifting, guide you through the return process, and calculate your exact refund or store credit for you.
