When you reach the prescription section titled "How do you want to add your prescription?", look for the option that says "Skip & Send Later."
Complete your purchase as normal to secure your inventory!
Once your order goes through, we will instantly send you a confirmation email containing a personalized, secure link to submit your prescription values or upload a photo later.
What happens to my order while you wait?
🕊️ Your frames are safely reserved! The moment you check out, our fulfillment team pulls your exact frames from our shelves and safely reserves them under your name.
To ensure your lenses are crafted to absolute perfection, your order will be placed on a temporary hold and will not enter our optical laboratory until we receive your prescription details. We will send you friendly, periodic email reminders with your upload link so your order doesn't get forgotten!
How much time do I have to submit my paperwork?
We will happily hold your frames for up to two weeks (14 days) from the purchase date while waiting for your prescription.
Need a little more time? If your eye exam is scheduled a bit further out, or if you anticipate a delay from your doctor's office, please don't stress! Just reach out to our Customer Care team before your 14 days are up, and we will gladly extend your hold period to keep your frames safe.
