Applying a coupon code to your order is quick and easy! Follow our simple steps below to add a discount to your shopping cart or manage a code that is already active.

Step-by-Step: How to apply your coupon code

1. Add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to your Shopping Cart page.

3. Locate the field labeled Coupon / Store Credit (located on the right-hand side of the screen, just above your order subtotal).

4. Type or paste your code exactly as written and click Apply to see your new discounted order total instantly.

How do I remove an already-applied coupon?

If you want to clear out an auto-applied promotion or remove a coupon you entered yourself, follow these quick steps:

1. Open your Shopping Cart page and look at the order summary on the right side.

2. Locate the active coupon name (for example, SAVE30 Coupon).

3. Click the gray Remove text link located directly next to the coupon name.

Rules for applying a new coupon code

Our system allows one promotional coupon code per order. If you try to apply a new code and it is rejected, it is always due to one of two reasons:

• The "Best Deal" Rule: Our website automatically applies the absolute highest active discount to your cart to save you time. If the new code you type offers a lower discount than the one already active, the system will prioritize your maximum savings and keep the better deal active.

• Terms & Conditions Not Met: A coupon code will fail to process if your specific order does not match the rules of the promotion. This includes not hitting a required minimum purchase amount, or having excluded items in your cart (like clearance frames or contact lenses on a frames-only coupon).
