Can I use more than one coupon code?
The short answer is: Generally, you can use one promotional coupon code per order, but there are two awesome exceptions! You can combine your main promotional coupon with a Friend Referral Code or Store Credit!
To help you get the absolute best deal without any hiccups at checkout, here is a quick breakdown of how our system works:
The Golden Rule: One Standard Promo Code Per Order
Our checkout system only allows one standard promotional discount code (like a welcome offer, 50% off frames, or BOGO deal) per order.
What this means: Standard promo codes cannot be "stacked" together. For example, if you have a code for 30% off frames and another code for free upgraded lenses, you will need to choose the one that saves you the most money for that specific order.
The Awesome Exceptions: What CAN Be Stacked?
1. Friend Referral Codes
YES! If you received a discount code through our Refer a Friend program, you CAN stack it on top of a standard promotional coupon (such as a 50% off code) on the exact same order!
2. Store Credit Codes
YES! Store credit represents real money issued directly to you. Because it acts just like cash, you can always safely combine your store credit code with your favorite promotional coupon code!
What Cannot Be Combined?
Two Standard Promo Codes: You cannot use two standard promotional codes together (e.g., WELCOME50 + SAVE30).
Vision Insurance Benefits: Promotional coupons, referral codes, and store credit cannot be combined with vision insurance (such as UnitedHealthcare, VSP, EyeMed, etc.).
How to Apply Your Codes at Checkout
When you are ready to complete your purchase, head over to your Shopping Cart:
Look on the right-hand side, just above your order subtotal, for the "Coupon / Store Credit" box.
Type in your main promotional coupon code first and click Apply.
(Optional) If you have a Friend Referral or Store Credit code: Enter your extra code into the exact same box and click Apply again. Both savings will stack together!
