Can I change my shipping address? | Edit Order Shipping Info
If you have already placed your order and need to update your shipping address, we have to act fast! Because we rush orders into production, whether we can change it depends entirely on where your items are in our fulfillment process.
How to request an address change:
If your order is in the early stages of production: We can usually update the shipping address for you!
If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, once a package leaves our warehouse, we are completely unable to alter the shipping label or reroute it.
What you need to do right now:
Do not wait! To see if your order can still be updated, please gather the following information:
Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
The email address associated with your account.
The correct new shipping address.

Important: If your order is still in the earlier stages of production, we may be able to
