Please note that vision benefits are not applied as a coupon or store credit code at checkout. To use your coverage, you will need to link your insurance provider profile to your account before finalizing your order.

How to Apply Your Benefits at Checkout

To check your eligibility and apply your insurance directly to your purchase, follow these easy steps:

  1. Visit our insurance Portal: Go directly to our specialized Vision Insurance Page

  2. Select Your Provider: Choose your specific insurance carrier from our listed network options (such as UnitedHealthcare, Spectera, Lincoln Financial Group, MediGold, or Solstice).

  3. Log In to Your Plan: Enter your member ID number and date of birth. Note: Generally, member ID numbers are 9 digits long and should be entered without any spaces or dashes.

  4. View Your Eligibility: Once logged in, you should see your vision benefit eligibility and coverage details right away.

  5. Start Shopping: Your eligible benefits will automatically apply to your account, allowing you to browse all available frame styles and premium brands with your insurance discounts ready at checkout.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Is your insurance provider not listed as an active in-network option on our portal? You can still use your vision benefits to save money through manual reimbursement!

  • Download the Claims Form: Select your provider on our insurance page to download their official out-of-network reimbursement form.

  • Submit an Itemized Receipt: Place your order on our website as you normally would using standard payment options (or your FSA/HSA card). Once your order is finalized, contact our team to receive an official itemized receipt, which you can mail directly to your insurance company along with your completed claim form.

Critical Plan Exclusions & Rules

To prevent any surprises at checkout, please keep these standard optical insurance regulations in mind:

  • Non-Transferable Benefits: Vision benefits are tied strictly to your individual member ID profile and cannot be transferred among different family members or dependents.

  • Non-Prescription Items: Standard medical vision insurance policies do not provide coverage for non-prescription sunglasses or fashion eyewear. Lenses must feature corrective vision power to qualify for insurance coverage.
