Make sure you have your updated physical prescription sheet from your doctor handy. Then, follow these exact navigation steps on our website to send your frames back for a free lens remake:

1. Click on Help & Support located in the upper right corner of your screen.

2. Select Returns from the menu.

3. Type in your Order ID and the email address associated with your order.

4. Click the Get Started button.

5. Select the specific pair of glasses you want to exchange.

6. When you reach the page titled "Please choose your return reason:" you can easily submit your new prescription details using one of two simple options:

   1. 👉 Option 1 (Our favorite and the most accurate!): Click the + Add a File button located at the bottom right of the screen to upload a clear photo or PDF of your doctor's physical prescription sheet.

   2. Option 2: Type your new prescription numbers directly into the Add a comment text field box.
