How to Return or Exchange Your Glasses

Return or exchange your order for FREE within 60 days of delivery using our self-service portal or Live Chat.

4 Simple Steps to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Start Your Request

Via Chat: Open Live Chat and type "Start a return".
Via Portal: Go to our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and Email Address. Select Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.

Step 2: Get Your Free Label or QR Code

US Orders: Return shipping is 100% FREE. You will instantly receive a prepaid USPS shipping label or a digital Happy Returns QR Code via email.
International Orders: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Eyeglasses: Place your glasses inside their protective case. Lost your case? No problem! Simply wrap your glasses carefully in bubble wrap or soft paper so they don't scratch in transit. Custom prescription lenses are 100% covered!
Contact Lenses: Boxes must be completely unopened, undamaged, and factory-sealed.

Step 4: Drop Off Your Package

Option A (Fastest - No Box Needed): Take your items and digital QR code to any local Happy Returns Bar.
Option B (USPS): Attach the printed prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any USPS post office or collection box.

Processing Timelines & Refunds

Once your return is scanned at Happy Returns or received at our warehouse, processing takes approximately 4 business days:

Exchanges: Your new exchange order enters lab production immediately after processing.
Store Credit: Issued instantly via email after processing.
Original Payment Refunds: Processed within 10 days. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your bank to post the funds.
