How to Return or Exchange Your Glasses

We want you to be happy with your order, and are here to help you get what you need!

We have a 14-day return policy for single-vision glasses orders, a 30-day return policy for multifocal glasses orders and a 60-day return period for unopened contact lens orders.

If you need to send back your order, please make sure that you do so within the returns period.
