Step-by-Step: How to process your exchange or return
Updating your order takes less than two minutes. Simply follow these four clear steps:
Step 1: Fill out the online form: Go to the upper right corner of our website, click on Help & Support, and select Returns. Enter your Order ID and the email address associated with your order. Once the system pulls up your purchase, follow the on-screen steps to select the specific items you want to send back and choose your preferred resolution.
Step 2: Receive your free label or QR code: Once your online request is submitted, we will automatically generate and email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label or a digital QR code for Happy Returns. Shipping your items back to us is completely free.
Step 3: Package your items: Safely place your eyeglasses AND their original case together inside a shipping box. (Note: If you are returning contact lenses, the individual lens boxes must be completely unopened and sealed).
Step 4: Drop off and process: Paste the pre-paid label on your box and drop it off at any USPS location or bring your items and your digital QR code directly to a local Happy Returns bar for an instant, box-free drop-off.
Step 5: Processing: As soon as your package is safely received back at our facility, our team will instantly process your brand-new exchange order, issue your store credit, or process your requested resolution.
