English: Can I get a refund if I return my glasses?

You are eligible for a full refund on your first return, just make sure to return your glasses within the 14-day return period.

For exchanges or orders placed with store credit, we will offer you an exchange or your store credit back. 

If you placed an order with a BOGO coupon, you must return both items for a 100% refund.
