• Happy Returns Bar: Take your glasses and QR code to any local Happy Returns location. No tape or printed label required.
• USPS Drop-Off: Package your item, attach your printed pre-paid USPS label, and drop it off at any USPS Post Office, collection box, or hand it to your mail carrier.

How to Get Your Pre-Paid Label or QR Code

1. Open our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your Order ID and account email.
3. Select your return or exchange reason.
4. Complete the form and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Happy Returns QR code to your email.
